Dubu is a small team of fewer than 30 people. Rather than focusing on rapid expansion, we are steadily and solidly growing by bringing together individuals who can
empathize with our genuine passion and energy, and who are committed to joining us on this journey.

Developmental disabilities are incredibly common, yet no one has been able to fully address them. Dubu is a company founded by people who are truly dedicated to solving this problem. We are fully aware of why we do what we do everyday at work.

These talented individuals have come together with a single focus.
We work with complete trust in each other’s expertise and dedication,
and in turn, we take responsibility for living up to that trust. Instead of
rushing to hire a large number of people, we take a thoughtful approach, carefully investing time and energy into each new hire. We remain
a small, tight-knit team of fewer than 30 employees at the moment.

choose their working hours and locations to create an environment
where they can fully immerse themselves in their work.
Everyone takes ownership of their work and freely exchanges
feedback. As a company dedicated to children, we also do our best
to support team members who are parents, ensuring they provide
a work environment that accommodates their family settings.
