Talent Acquisition Process

Interview Process

Depending on the nature of the position, the selection process may include an assignment (such as a coding test) or additional interviews.

  • First Interview: Conducted by the relevant team members, lasting approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour, focusing on practical skills and past projects.
  • Second Interview: Divided into two parts:
    • Part 1: A session to get to know potential colleagues with whom you would closely collaborate.
    • Part 2: A culture-fit discussion with the CEO and other executives, lasting about an hour.

After the final interview, we proceed with offer negotiations and onboarding arrangements.

For interns or contract positions, certain interviews may be omitted or added as needed.
